We have some exciting new courses starting very soon!
Introduction to Hospitality
This 25 hour course is designed as a “taster” for people who think they might like to do a Certificate II in Hospitality. You will get an overview of what is involved in the Certificate II, plus cover some of the key areas such as food safety, preparation of espresso coffee, food service, responsible service of alcohol.
Introduction to Hospitality for ESL
This 45 hour course is designed as an introduction to Hospitality specifically for people for whom English is a Second Language. The focus will be on the language of hospitality and will work on preparing participants to undertake a Certificate II in Hospitality in the future if they wish to do so. The course will cover an introduction to the Hospitality industry, food safety, preparation of espresso coffee, food service and more.

Certificate II in Hospitality
Are you interested in a career in the Hospitality industry? This could be the start you are looking for! The Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the hospitality industry and skills at entry level. It includes competencies in key aspects of hospitality services with particular emphasis on food and beverage service.
The course aims to provide participants with practical training in food and beverage service, including restaurant equipment, serviette folding, table setting, plate carrying, sequence of service, beverage service, mixing and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The course also develops an awareness of the hospitality industry.
Introduction to Aged Care & Introduction to Aged Care for ESL
Like the Introduction to Hospitality course, these courses will give participants a “taste” of Certifcate III in Aged Care and an introduction to a selection of the different aspects of Aged Care
